Your ATM has been acting up in the machine and instead of giving you money it brings out your card, shows you things like:
Invalid transaction
Incomplete transaction
Contact your service provider??
Then it means that your bank, wants you to drop by, and link your BVN( which you should have obtained by now) to your bank account and you are good to go.
