The saying that an action/event witnessed by two people is pretty much true, is what I am applying in the case of the 41 yrs old Deltan Super Eagles Coach, (who has strongly refused to be referred to as an igbo), and his team players. No matter the extent of chaos in a team, never have we heard of prominent members react in such a manner,or a Coach be so insensitive with his actions. First it was Vincent Enyeama, now it's Emmanuel Emenike, it shows a high level of disorganisation on the part of the Leader. You don't know what to say to your team members to ease off the tension, anger, worry and burden that has built up in them? Most Coaches I know, are amazing motivational speakers. A HUMBLE leader, knows when to talk, what to say,and whom to say it to. If a leader can not even keep his team complete, then how will he nurture them to victory? Some drastic measures should be taken to call the right to people to order, and promote oneness, instead of an unnecessary discrimination. When you are leading a group of people from various regions of the country, you have to be very mindful of yo utterances.
